What we collect
Sendhelm processes messages you receive and send via connected channels (WhatsApp, email) to draft replies on your behalf. We store conversation history per contact on your dedicated instance.
How we use it
Message content is used solely to generate draft replies for your approval. We do not sell your data or use it to train shared models.
Data isolation
Each customer receives an isolated instance. Contact memory is siloed - we never cross-reference contacts or share information between customers.
